I was thinking about going out today, but the prospect of a broken ski or a season-ending injury convinced me otherwise. I think we'll be able to get out by the end of the month, though.
Because snowboarding and skiing are SUPPOSED to be cold, whereas riding a bike should be nice and warm. What I don't understand is why you keep trying to get me to ride my bike when it's freezing cold! I don't try to get you to snowboard when it's 90 degrees outside, do I?
Shoot, I need to go get ready for our ride! 50 degrees. Nice and toasty! See you in 30 minutes.

I got out. I got some decent turns at 11k. And after that skiied a lot of bushes, rocks, and dirt.
@Jared - Alta?
Not ready. Bikes on the mind. I need to start watching some good ski vids.
I just don't understand how you and others can get up early at 4am when it is freezing, but not get up early to ride MTB during the summer and fall?

aaron, that's rock solid logic. one would have to be a total retard to not succumb to that kind of logic.
